Dear Sir/madam

I am Mziyanda Pawuli the intern from BCD Travel Cape Town. Sir/madam I’m hereby to seek an assistance regarding the assignments that
I have to complete, my assignments is on:

UNIT : Standard 7938
TITLE : Book and Issue documentation for land travel and accommodation.

I research about one star grading organization that can be found in Britain and I am required to give a brief description of each grading system.
I addition does Britain have a Organization that is like TGCSA that grades the hotels?

Can you please assist on the above information,

Thanking you in consideration,

need help or advice please
My boyfriend is in Pretoria,South Africa. He have been robbed while riding the taxi back to his hotel. These men too his bag that have his wallet and his passport. Now he have no money, no I.D, or passport. Germain Embassy told him that to obtain a replacement of his passport will cost him $2,500.00. Is this true? I checked online and it would cost $135.00 U.S dollars. Please help me understand this situation. Any information would help. Thank-you. Is the German Embassy trying to rip people off knowing that they are stuck in South Africa? Please post your comments on here. I will be checking for any post that will help me out. I'm so frustrated.

YOUR NATIONAL TEAM
I really support your national team because they are very good. Please inform the coach to tell the boys to be aggressive from the onset. They must not play defensive game because there is nothing to defend. Let them score as many goals as they can!!!!!!!!!!
