I have a German passport and a green card. My wife and two children have a US passport and I would like to know how to proceed with getting them a German passport.

Can i get a German past port and keep my U.S becase my was german wien i was borne.
my gf has bangladeshi passport and she lives with her family, she's 17 years old but i want to take her in germany just for some days. so now does she need to apply for a visa or she just need to buy a ticket to come over germany?
I am going to Germany on july 21st retrn on August 23rd. My passport expires on Sep. 2nd. Will my passport
be valid until I come back or do I have to have a new
passport before I leave? I was told by various people
that some countries want passport renewals at least
2 mos. before expiration date. Please reply to my
question since I do not want to run into any problems.
