I am a South African having a friend that is stuck in Malaysia due to his money that can't be released from a certain bank. He wanted to transfer his money to South Africa and had to pay money after money to get his money released. After paying all that money, the now are requesting a certificate from the company he did a job for in Malaysia and according to this company the certificate is not necessary, but the bank insisting on this certificate. Please assist what to do. Your feedback will b highly appreciated.
