I have been trying to get online to your online visa appointment system to no avail. I have called your Embassy and informed them of the problem, yet the problem still exist. In light of the the fact that I am unable to approach the embassy without appointment, It seems to me that you would check your web page to ensure that it is working properly so that people will not waist a lot of time and effort.
I have a conference to attend in a couple months, yet I can't secure a visa without an appointment, but I can't get an appointment with going through the on line process that is not working. Will you please ask your people to fix the system.
