Want to know whether the Daad program is present here in Juba or only from the Nairobi regional office
i received a email from a Germany woman who called herself Victoria Merkel, and widow of BERNARD MARKEL who died in 2006 and was working for the Germany Embassy in Togo. Please provide me with more details about her and her late husband. at boscomartin@ymail.com please
