Daad Research Grants and Study Scholarship
I came across 2014/2015 DAAD Scholarships for International developing countries where South Sudan is inclusive.

Check the link below:
http://scholarship-positions.com/2013-2014-postgraduate-courses-for-professionals-with-relevance-to-developing-countries-germany/2012/03/20/

Going through the documents, the applicants were required to submit relevant documents to German respective embassies and consulates before 31 July 2013.

Is there a possibility to consult with various institutions such that the one of South Sudan can be extended to the end of August?

Thanks
