i think .. its a good idea t get another company to organise the termine for the people who want a visa for germany but i do hink some people from the konsulate should keep a check on what they are doing as.. i tried to phone them since three weeks for an termin and my husband tried for three weeks as well and never we can get through to a life person.. its only the machine.. once we got through to a woman who told us that we have to get a number from the bank with payng 23 ytl.. which was ok and this was two weeks ago.. since then we can not get through.. we paid the bank but we CAN NOT get an terminnnnnn.. i think this is not good or professional at all .. i rather stand in front of the konsulate at 8,00 am then .
