I have an invitation from Stuttgart university for biological training project for 3 months.can I come to the embassy at at once or I have to get an appointment first.
i tried many times to send you an email to ask you an important question but always failed ..and your Turkish employee by phone don,t know the information witch i need and dosen,t know English ...
