My Sister's Estate
My sister, a Canadian citized with primary residence in the U.S, whgo owned an apartment in Berlin, died last June. I need advice on what to do from Canada to be declared the legal heir by the German government. Also on how to communicate with her bank, insurance company and power company in the meantime.
