Dear visa authorities,
The above group is a member of the IGKT(the International Guild of Knot Tiers), and it is invited to present its work at the guild's social meeting to take place in Flensburg in Germany from the 4th to the 6th of October 2013.
We seem to have no space for booking an appointment from now against our chosen date of departure(2nd October,2013) and we have already booked accommodation with Jugendherberge Flensburg.
Now what do we have to do to apply for visa? Four members of the group are suppose to attend including myself as the leader.
