A friend invited me to spend this summer in germany. The invitation stated 3 months. Do I have to aply for the 3 months visa or less than that. Am waiting for your response.

I was rejected 2009,without telling me the reason,I was invite by a family member a Germany citizen ,
Dear Sir/Madam,
I applied from a visa this April 30th and I got rejected. The reason for my rejection are as follows:
1,() a false/counterfeit/forged travel document was presented.
2.()justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided
-() the main destination "Germany" could not be ascertained.
3. () you have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, for the duration of the intended stay or for the return to the country of origin or residence, or the transit to a third country into which you are certain to admitted, or you are not in a position to acquire such means lawfully.
4.() you have already stayed for three months during the current six-month period on the territory of the member states on the basis of a uniform visa or a visa with limited territorial validity.
5.()an alert has been issued in the (SIS) for the purpose of refusing entry
6. () one or more Member State(s) consider you to be a threat to public policy, internal security, public health as defined in Article 2 (19) of Regulation (EC) No 562/2006 (Schengen Borders Code) or the international relations of one or more of the Member Ststes
7. () proof of holding an adequate and valid travel medical insurance was not provided
8. (x) the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable
- () false documents were presented
9. (x) your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained
- () justification for your familial, economical/ financial bondings was provided
Now I want to re-apply for the visa. I need your multiple advice on what to do next.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received and invitation letter from my sponsor who lives in Germany. He is inviting me and my younger at the age of seven (7)to visit him and his family this coming summer-vacation 2014. The invitation letter is writing by him, where is no stamp and nothing which can prove it genuine. Now I want to apply for visa, can u a sure me of visa acceptance?
