i want to know all the necessary documents required for the student visa application from gambia.

I booked an appointment for my employment visa for me and national visa for my family ,and the appointment was on 6/5/2016

Because of some hospital emergency for my father , I had to cancel it on 3/5/2016.
But after 2 days also I am unable to rebook.
System is saying there is already a booking exist in my passport number.
I got the confirmation mail for cancellation also at the day of cancellation, but still its saying there is an appointment exist (Even after 2 days after cancellation)
In the website its clearly written that I can rebook after 24 hours of cancellation.
I am really worried and tensed about how to rebook , I have to join in a company in Germany after 1.5 month.
I don't even know what to do now , kindly please help me with this.
I had called a person 08045300100 extension 9. but there also I am not getting any help how to solve this problem.

Please call the embassy to cancel the appointment. I guess before you didn't show up for the appointment.
