I am an Alexander von Humboldt fellow. I visite Gemany (Berlin) during 1997-1998, 2002, 2007. I got the Schingen Viza to Sweden last October when I was in a short viist.
Now I have an invitation letter from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to spend three months from 01 July till 30 September 2010. Help me, please, to get the visa.

I am MBA, Engineer; Essam Elsayed Tawfik, working for non governmental organization in Cairo as GM and Vice organization director; Leadership trainer and assist the Egyptian and middle East organization in development process for more than 21 years.
Actually I had illness for 10 years in my back spindle, the medical surgical reports decided the it is necessary to subjected for surgical operation ASAP, the operation is very sensitive and needs highly professional Surgeons and surgical medical with high technological tools in operation and that is not assured here and may be leads to a problem after doing the operation here.
So, I would the embassy support me to make the operation in a good hospital in Germany specially it will require high cost and I haven’t the budget for that. If the embassy accepts that I will call my Minster and manage with exterior ministry to manager all the procedures.
Also I have all the reports, X-Ray, and M.R.I but I would to have an E-mail for the embassy to send it.
