Hello, can you please help me, I'm a citizen of Kazakhstan, and I've applied for Universities in Germany in order to have my Master Degree there. I want to ask, if I will get invitation from University and I will need to apply for student visa, can I apply for visa not from my country? I mean, that I want to go to Romania for summer, so can I apply for visa in Romania or it's obligatory to apply for student visa from country where you live in my case from Kazakhstan?
