I went German Embassy in Bagdad they teat the people like animals
I made two interviews in your embassy and I rejected, at the first time because my case is not urgent and the other once because the date of my invitation is before about two months, I payed to the hospital in Munich a part of the amount of my operation and now I asking them to get back my money, but they refused, they asked me the confirmation rejection and the reason of the rejection which that I went to the embassy and they rejected me, please, I can’t get back the money without this confirmation paper, help me!

Good Morning
I think there's something wrong in Visa Dep. I make the interview before 20 days but when I vist the Embassy to get my passport they told my nothing done and I must wait 10 days more because they will start today again,please advise
