Petition and Complaint
Dear Sir,
Yesterday 24. March we visit German Consulate in Erbil at (9:45) am to have an interview for my mother (Dawod,Baksikhan Ahmed Dawod)(Pass port No. A4519320) to get visa for medical reasons, but we faced some issue we never expected to face it.
First the employee queries talked to me inappropriately because we have booked twice, and told me that I will not go in with her, because she will not need an interpreter. After I explained to him that she doesn't understand SORANI and she is 65 years old, hardly walk depending on crutch as you see because of Suphan in her both knees, and I will use the second interview appointment to get Visa for myself, and the intervention of another person who was waiting his turn we managed to go in for interview ,But then the lady who was in charge, didn't accept our Medical Invitation because it doesn't mentioned it is an emergency case and I have to take my mother to Ankara for interview , I tried hard to explain to her that it is difficult to go to Ankara she is not strong enough to have two trips (Ankara and Berlin) and if we have to go to Ankara, we will do it for treatment not for interview. Out loud she didn't accept that, and her decision confirmed by another German employee.
Regarding the invitation letter I guarantee to you that some people get VISA from German Consulate in Erbil in 2012 with same type of invitation letter from(DEUTSCHES HERZZENTRUM BERLIN) and you can check your system,

Then please if possible to reconsider our request because we spent a lot of time on it and it cost us a lot and we urgently need the VISA.

It is not our fault, Because the invitation addressed to the German Consulate in Erbil, if it was rejected from the beginning. it was Helped us in the search for alternatives before going into the details for two months.

Finally, please make some exception for the elderly and the patients to avoid the need to neighboring countries as additional station and we hope from the consulate staff treating people well and be patient with us.with our best regards
