Dear Honorary Consul of Germany Embassy

We are Al Hassan CO agents ' German Medos co since 2003 in Syria and still we are marketing their products despite the difficult circumstances and abnormal and dangerous economic conditions including height $ value and difficulty of the movement and marketing of well-known conditions. And we are marketing the product in northern Iraq after it established a branch of the company and given consent.
On 27 April 2014 applied for visa to the Embassy in Erbil with full papers and documents and invoices, invitations, which advertised to get the visa to attend conferences and seminars held by the company for business development and marketing and is periodically like other companies. Unfortunately after 14 days with passports within the Embassy and without debate the request with me was giving me paper referred to my refused the visa application. This is so sad!!!!Is it reasonable to request a visa from the Embassy of another State while I'm service German products and service high bills for 11 years? I tried to meet you but the Embassy says is impossible only by addressing you. Please specify interview for me if possible tomorrow, the regular meeting of agents(distributors is on 4-6 June and necessary presence ...
