Visa application form for 6 months

I am a faculty member at University of Jordan. I got an invitation letter from a Professor at University of Bonn to conduct a research at Bonn university. Could you please inform me which visa form should i fill. and what documents i need.

my son is in Frankfurt, spending his 4th year sent by the German University and I want to visit him with his father ,since I am a teacher this is the only chance for me to go because of the school summer holiday .I tried several times to find an appointment no hope, time is running and my vacation will end ,please we want to visit him ,help us papers needed for the visa are ready , find a solution I am a mother I can't wait to see him. waiting your reply .

Appointment for German Visa
I am Syrian and I would like to take an appointment for applying to German visa. I have an invitation and i am currently living in Aleppo. Could you please help me out with fixing an appoint so that I can come to Jordan for interview and filling up the application form.
