I had an appointment on May 10 -2105 @ 9.30am , I arrived at your imbassy at 9 o'clock ,I was put on hold in the imbassy till 10.30 without seeing any one . I was told that I have to wait for unlimited time becous the staf were busy . So I left because I had other appointments at my clinic . This showed a lac of profishionalism on part of your staf . You actually wasted my time , and that's not acceptable , I hope someone will read this and do something about it . Thank you.
