I have a house in Germany jointly owned with my brother. He has just informed me that we have a buyer, But wants the transaction done buy the 30th this month.
Is it possible to make Power of attorney for him in Alicante?

I am a German citizen living in Spain. I need to renew my German Passport. I believe that from this month I can do this in Alicante. Is this correct? And what information/papers do I need to bring along with me?
