Your Excellency, I am a voluntary community development worker who has worked with a number of communities close to 20 years in the above areas, having initiated about 5 community-based Basic schools now absorbed by the Ghana Education Service. I have registered an NGO with the District Assembly,and wish to book an appointment for further discussions as to assisting these needy deprived communities within the Upper East Region. I cancelled an appointment date because I wanted it earlier than that. Now i want to reapply for the new date and I am told its not possible bacause the passport number has been used before. Please advice
I own a German birth certificate,can l attain citizenship status
