An employee of the Black Sea Trade & Development Bank in Thessaloniki will travel to Tbilisi. The employee is a holder of Ukrainian passport. He will need to issue visa in the Consulate or he can take visa in the Airport in Tbilisi upon his arrival? He will stay in Tbilisi only 5 days for business
