Georgia's Recent Parliamentary Elections
I'm interested why wasn't I notified about the recent Parliamentary Elections
in order to register and vote? I'm a Georgian citizen and I'm already registered with the Georgian Consulate in NY. Didn't they have to notify at least registered citizens about the coming elections? I'm wondering, why be registered if the Consulate doesn't care to notify, even in e-mail form (no mention about mail)?! Disappointed.
