Consular Department of the Georgian Embassy in Spain
Dear sir/madam,
Here applies to you the researcher of Ilia State University Dr. Maka murvanidze. My daughter Tatia Giorgashvili (16 years old) is student of 195 public school in Tbilisi. She participates in student exchange program between Georgia and Germany.
From 26.03 to 6.04 2011 nine students of 195 public school pay their return visit to German friends. My daughter, Tatia Giorgashvili is one of them. She is excellent in German and is very good in other subjects as well. According to the rules of German consular office in Georgia, in order to get the visa, she needs an official signature of both parents. Tatia’s father, Zviad Giorgashvili is currently in Spain, Madrid. He had a talk with notary office in Tbilisi and officially gave his agreement on her visit (respective documents attached respectively). However, as found later, German consular office requires letter from Spanish notary office.
As I was informed, getting documents from Spanish notaries is quite complicated. They require number of documents (originals of marriage and birth certificates etc) and quite a long time. Additional problem creates the fact, that unfortunately, my former husband, Zviad Giorgashvili has lost his passport and has to wait for a month to get a new one. As an alternative source he will go to the Embassy of Georgia in Spain and will try to get an official confirmation from the authorities of the embassy. Please be so kind and support him in sending this confirmation to the German consular office in Tbilisi.
Thank you very much for support and understanding in advance
Sincerely yours
Maka Murvanidze
