Today I approached Georgian Embassy in Baku for legalzation (apostille) certifications issued by Gerogian state institutions. To my suprise I was told that Georgian embassy does not provide such services in Baku although I am sure Georgia is a member of Hague Apostile Convention simplifying legalization of its documents for use in other countries. I wish Georgian Embassy in Baku offered such useful services as there ten thousands Georgian citizens living in Azerbaijan.
