Help Gambians return home
To whom it may regard,

I am writing to show my support for the Gambian migrants who are requesting help to return to their countries and for those who look to the consulate for protection from abuse when in Lebanon.
I ask that you show compassion and professionalism in treating each person's case and remember their humanity. In the eyes of God we are all worthy of respect and dignity. Please help them get this.
Thank you,
Tahira Farid

Gambian migrant workers in Lebanon
Hello! It has come to my attention that there are a lot of African migrant workers in Lebanon, and other Arab countries, including many Gambian migrant workers. I have also come to learn that these workers, mainly women, are treaded extremely badly, and after the explosion they are in a very vulnerable situation and they are not able to go home. Now I ask you to help Gambian migrant workers in Lebanon to go back to Gambia and get away from the inhumane treatment they are facing right now. You need to defend the worth of an African life!

And stop telling them to prostitute themselves to buy tickets is just inhuman and wrong in all ways!!!!!!

The Gambian migrants in Lebanon needs your help
Hi, it has come to my attention that you’re denying help regarding the Gambian women in Lebanon pleading to be able to go back home. The only advice you have given these women, who have nothing, is to prostitute themselves in order to get the money for the tickets home. This is unprofessional and unethical! They deserve your help so they can return home again to their families. They can’t ask their families to give them the money, cause they came to Lebanon to help support them financially. You have to help them, and I urge you to help them.

Get Gambian women home!
I and many more demand that you help Gambian citizens get back to Gambia and stop using their black bodies. Telling girls that they should prostitute to buy a ticket home is the most inhumane thing I've heard of and not to forget illegal.
You have a responsibility as the Gambian consulate to help these women. All the world's eyes are on Beirut at the moment so don't think you can sweep this under the rug.
Help the Gambian citizens in Beirut!

Bring your people home
There are many women (citizens of your country) in Beirut, whom came there to work but were thrust into modern day slavery. The explosion has even more marginalized and victimized them. Lebanon does not want them there (treat them as animals and slaves), they do not want to be there (bc treated as animals and slaves), they want to go home (bc treated as animals and slaves). Bring them home! How embarrassing and immoral and economically groundless for your country to allow another country to rape and prostitute and beat and enslave your people- AGAIN. Make it right. You can personally contact me to contribute to the cause.
