Respected sir, my mother bought some valuable land in Pondicherry but unfortunately we lost all documents so some other people occupied that land, so there is required some documents from your departments recover to my favour because of my mother French citizen

Casier judiciaire (bulletin No.3) was issued in Pondicherry under french regime by the court of lst intance, After merger, a certificate of non conviction
is issued by the office of the superintendent of Police

Is there options for optaining french nationality.
My father born in pondicherry in 1957 ,my grand father has french passport, french carte identity card ,livre de femi(issued in 1954 during my grand father marrage ) and 4 generation males are born in pondicherry , And my mother from tamil nadu . is there any option to optain nationality . and if possible how and whom to contact for this .

If your place of birth is mentioned as Tamil Nadu in your birth certificate, you are eligible to apply for the french nationality certificate. You have to enclose with your application all the relevant documents duly attested and apostilled, Yours sincerely,

Renunciation to personal statute (law) is irrevocable.

You have to prove that your father was a french citizen.
Then if he was born in French India, he should have opted to conserve the french nationality for him and for you as per Franco Indian treaty 1956. It came into force on 16.08.1962. Yours sicnerely
