You can get french nationality if your mother was french at the time of your birth. In the case of your mother she could be french if one of her parents was french at the time of her birth. Please know the effects of the franco indian treaty of 1956 about merger of Fr. India into Indian Union. Yours sincerely

Renociation is a proof that you were French upto 15.8.1962. If you are born in French India and opted to conserve the french nationality under franco indian treaty l956, you will continue to be French.Other wise you will lose your Fr, nationality, If You are born outside Fr. India you need not make option, you will conserve fr. matiomality, Yours sincerely

finding the correct procedures of CNF
The concern is my sister who live in France went to the below address and they got an information that the address mention below is an archive section and my file was only saved and there will be no further process gone happen to the file.

They also mention that the reason we dint got any communication from "Clerk of the Civil Court" because of the above issue.

Appreciate you kindest support and help me in finding the correct procedures.
