Don't have wedding details of my wife's grandfather and grandmother
Hi,
My wife's grandpa was born at Villianur and grandma born at pandrutti, where there marriage was arranged in villianur. As recently some 2 years back, pondicherry french consulate has announced that the french govt. is willing to give french nationality to my father-in-law if provided sufficient documents. My father-in-law has all the documents except there marriage proof where the register of the marriage hall got fire in a fire accident in the marriage hall. Except the marriage register he has the birth proof of my grandpa and my grandma. How do we proceed if we donot have the marriage proof. Kindly do the needful, which would be helpful for us to attain the french nationality.

I am above name person living in villianur (pondicherry) i m born n bought from pondicherry just now i completed my studies in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and i m willing to work in France continent as my aunt is also a France citizen but she don't have that much information how to call me so kindly give the suggestion about visa. A childless couple, French nationals with parental consent,family court order, registration, amending municipal birth certificate got a 6 year child adopted who studies French now 10 years. Consulate insists on CARA NOC but CARA says only for adoption from orphanage they can issue NOC.Even after producing CARA letter blindly refusing VISA and keeping French national wife and adopted child in India without allowing to join French national husband working in French Govt is cruel treatment to a poor dalit adopted child. Please grant VISA to this adopted child
