Sir, please go to the accueil section of the french consulate general in Pondicherry, 2, rue de la Marine. You get the application form and the connected list of documents required.Then you fill up and sign the application form and send it to the Greffier en chef in charge of nationality. with necessary documents. The address of the Greffuer eb chef is given in the application form. Nationality certificate can be asked only by the persons who conserve the french nationality, Yours sincerely,
sir how to apply for french citizenship....my grandfather is freedom fighter...he is still alive... his age is 80 plus i will apply for citizenship...

Miss, Your would be is french. If he wants to marry you (Indian) within the jurisdiction of the French consulate general in Pondicherry, he has to apply at first for the publication pf banns and delivery of the fitmess certificate (capacite de Mariage). For this he can get the necessary printed forms with notice of instruction from the accueil section at the entrance of the CGF, Ponidcherry. If he is in France you cancollect the said forms and instructions by showing the xerox copies of his french passport, identitt card, current/telephone bills etc.. Yours sincerely

If he was french citizen at that time and completed his age of l8 years, he should have subscribed the declaration of option to conserve the french nationlity. i had my father birth certificate and marriage certificate in french.
my father father (grandfather)born in tanjavore.and he had an identity that he is an french nationality.
i had an my grand father death certificate and identity card.
my grand father elder son and younger son are in france.
can i apply for my father
