Madam,
You did not mention your date of marriage. If you married after 16.08.1962 a french man, you are eligible to ask for a certificate of declaration of french nationality, For this you have to go with your husband and relevant papers, to the French consulate general in Pondicherry and contact nationality section, If you are able to speak french language, and if your papers are satisfactory, they will record your declaration sith signature in printed form which will be forwarded to the concerned Ministy in France. Spouse visa for France
Dear Sir,

i am in love with and also going to marry an Indian having a permanent job and rented house in France.I have a few questions:
and also i have my French diploma Certificate.
1- After marriage generally how long does it take to acquire a spouse visa?
2- Can student visa or tourist visa and spouse visa be applied parallely?
