Problems with birth certificates of my children
Date: 09 th of August 2012.
Paramaribo - Suriname.
My residence is now Suriname. I have obtained for birth certificates for my children Enrika, Angelika EMELIUS born on 22nd of Sept. 2003 and Angelina, Silvana EMELIUS born on 21st July 2005. Both born in French Guyana. I want to register the children in Suriname.
When I had these certificates I noticed that the maiden names of my children has changed from EMELIUS to SAINTE-LUCE by MR. Fabien Rene-Jean SAINTE-LUCE born 23 July 1982 lives in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni (Guyana) 153, route de Saint-Maurice , who is not the father of these two children. This has happened on 11 May 2006 in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni (Guyana). Besides that, even both first names of Angelina Silvana has been changed to Marie-Madeleine. I went back to French Guyana and there I was told that I have to complain by the TRIBUNAL. But how is it possible that the Maiden names had been changed without my permission as mother of these two children. I have every proof of all I write. The personal of the Suriname registry office will not do any entry in their books, because the children has another maiden name on a strange manner by somebody who is not the father.
Please answer my email because I don't know what to do further and my children have to register in Suriname.
