Request an arrival and departure record
Hello, I visited France in 2014. I want to know how can I make the request of my arrival and departure record from the custom of France. I need this record as a proof to renew my Permanent Resident Card.
Thank you for your attention.

visa and all the rest
I m a french citizen and i like to said i m ASHAME of the (no) service offered by the french consulate of Montreal. They dont answer questions or whatever, the re rude, even impolite... When i do compare with what Canadian government employees do versus french consulate I like to say OMG. All of them should be send for customer service training as they do not have any idea at all of what it is

Disappointed
i too ahare a similar situation, i am leaving for france in 3 days, and do not have my visa yet. the consulate requires you to send your original passport to be processed with the application, so if i do not receive my visa then i will have to reschedule my flight. i agree, too long a process time and many restrictions.

Visa
I am not very impressed with the french consulate in montreal, my daughter leave on friday 19th of august and doesn't have her passport or visa which are being processed in montreal....enough stress about being away from home for 10 months at school in france now she doesn't even know if she will be going. No way to contact the embassy by phone regarding visas, only supposed to contact by email. We have sent at least 10 or more emails and none have been answered. We have even offered to drive from Moncton to Montreal to pick up the visa in person. Have never heard back from them at all. Not very good service at all...if she doesn't get it by friday i am assuming that she can't leave for France
