I have a question ,
I am a resident of Monaco and the owner of the Monaco Yachting Agency company
I have a residence card sins 2012 , now for the 3 years period already , and Russian Passport .
I have to go for business in St Barths , do i need to have a visa ?Or card of residence of Monaco will be enough to show ?
If i have to do this visa , where and how ?

Je suis confuse ? SORRY
• Née à Monaco en 1973 (7 Juin 1973)
de parents Français Mme Madelaine LAIK et Mr. Francis LEVY
• Habitant l’Angleterre depuis 5 ans ,
Je me suis rendu hère, sur rendez vous au Consulat de France a Londres.
Il semble que je n’ai jamais été registre en France !
Je ne peux pas obtenir mon Renouvellement de Passeport
car je ne suis pas registrer en France et je n’ai pas mon transcript de naissance !

and with my grand Parents Paulette et Albert LAIK @ Bld du Jardin Exotic and Villa Tardieux in Menton”
1. Is it true I cannot receive my passport until I register myself in France.
2. Pouvez vous m’envoyer par email les papiers que je dois remplire.
3. It is true I must do this in Monaco Only ?
4. Puis je obtenir mon renouvellement de passeport par vous ?
