I give birth to my daughter here in France after 4 months I send her in Philippines now she's 6 years old and how can i get back here. I have my titre de séjour and waiting for my renewal my papers. ATTENTION :
- Processing will take a maximum of 2 months
- The visa, if approved, will only be valid for a maximum stay of 90 days. Once married,
the applicant must return to his/her country of residence to apply for a long stay visa
that will allow him/her to permanently settle in France.
**** Documents must be in TWO COMPLETE SETS (Original and Photocopy)
and must be arranged in the CORRECT ORDER, specified below:
Signed Schengen visa application form with photo (35mm x 45mm, white
background)
Valid passport (3 months' validity from the end of intended stay) and photocopy of
valid and former visas
Certificate of the “Publication des bans et non-opposition à mariage” delivered by the
City Hall where the couple intends to celebrate the marriage
Proof of nationality of the French fiancé/fiancée: National Identity Card
Evidence of the means of financial support
Attestation d’Accueil or Hotel Reservation
Letter from the future French spouse explaining his/her intention of marriage and
describing the circumstances of their first meeting
Copy of the passport of the future French spouse (data page with photo and pages
with exit and entry immigration stamps of the Philippines, if applicable)
Round trip flight reservation/booking
An international travel insurance (medical expenses and repatriation) covering the
entire period of the person’s intended stay and valid for all Schengen states.
Minimum coverage should be EUR 30,000
