hello, I have question about opening a shengen visa. I am studying in Spain now, I am a citizen of Kazakhstan, I have Spanish residence permit, but as I was told in my school I cannot travel accross EU countries with this permit, means I need to open Shengen visa. What documents should I provide for it? Do I really need a visa if I possess a spanish residence permit?!
