Please help ... need IDR 7,000,000,- to make a borehole at home. Because the old borehole cannot be used and must be made new or deepened. My my name is Anthony Michael. I am a Nigerian living here in Peru. I work at the centro de Idiomas Nacional Universidad de Moquegua filial Ilo. We are advertising on teaching French. I can speak Basic which I learnt in my country in the secondary school via Alliance Francais. We are hoping to commence by month end but the problem is that we do not have texts, computer and projector machine. The ones we have are used for English and Chinese languages.

Je viens vers vous actuellement, car le 7 Juin 2009 jai effectue ma demande de Certificat de Capacite de Marriage a lambassade de France au Perou (LIMA)pour un mariage le 26 Septembre 2009. A la date daujourdhui je nai toujours pas recu les documents qui me permette de me marrier ici au Perou et notamment le certificat de Capacite de Mariage.
Pourriez vous mindiquer si ceci est normal et ou je pourrai madresser afin de connaitre ou en est mon dossier.
