Your Excellencies, ministers, clergy, diplomats and government dignitaries, your wise partnership has brought us a long period of peace and many reforms are being made for the better of our nations and efficient running of our governments.
We welcome this at all times and are deeply grateful to you .I don’t want to take most of your time however so I beg you to listen to my brief account.
Am a seer priest and rainmaker and am greatly endowed to write to you .Am pronouncing the coming of the lords replenishment and protection starting this year to if the lords instructions, commands and demands are met .Am charged with the responsibility of establishing a covenant with the peoples of United states of America and the nations. If you accept the covenant of obedience the things of the covenant of disobedience will not befall you as written in Leviticus chapter 26:14-46.As high priest am charged with the responsibility of establishing a covenant of obedience with all peoples of the nations through leaders of government. Am looking for organizations and religious partners in this endeavor as I exercise heavenly authority over the skies to water nations. It is to this effect that I wrote to you as high priest, seer and rainmaker .I have tremendous ability and through me God can make it rain and send rain at the right time. I will come in handy when hunger and thirst strikes. I will be your hunger, drought and famine eradication strategy because through me the lord can make it rain. By performing a Christian restoration and offering rituals I will restore the land and improve your ecologies and agricultural economy. It shall be also for the establishment of the lord’s rule through the covenant with all peoples and nations as depicted in Isaiah chapter 42:6 it’s a covenant with all peoples that is why offer for each of them to establish the covenant. God has mandated the high priest for the people of numerous States since governments have collecting capacity and conducts the census; like in Numbers chapter 7 when the offering ceremony was conducted in Israel it’s the leaders who were charged with the responsibility of offering for the citizenry. Over years the government of Nations should take advantage of such a noble cause .I can intercede for God to control the sky and rainfall at an advantage as bestowed to me by God through Zechariah 3 and revelation 11:6 as high priest and seer, am the lords witness who will proclaim this message to the nations .This is a true account of the events that will shape history in the next a thousand years .The season will determine your victory as exposed in Isaiah chapter 3 ,famine is your defeat. The season’s agricultural capital assets and agricultural plantations that rely on rainfall are most important in human plant and animal life existence. This amount is exclusive of other sources like water sales per meter of dissipation. The price of water has been ever since it’s marketable. This amount is also related as accrued from other rainfall reliant sources like Industry, electrical generation plants, manufacturing plants, tourism, the fisheries sector and recreation facilities with domestic water use .Water is essential as life sustainer.
The water ways rely on rainfall to be refilled and rejuvenated ,the rivers and springs of the land the natural and man made lakes .Without rainfall our economy will be depleted and our country will crumble after a few years .
The amount of water we have now can only sustain us for a few years we are actually living in a green economy if government will offer and sign the covenant of obedience with the high priest.
You can never do without him, he has the elixir of life, the clouds, you should never live without it .If am offered to I will ensure there is steady enough rainfall that will stir and spur agricultural growth to over hundreds billion of dollars a season through subsistence farming and plantation agriculture and
Irrigation reliant projects .I will stabilize the agricultural economy by sending rainfall at the right time ;I will also reclaim the arid and semi arid lands by sending rainfall and making them agriculturally productive .Sustainable agriculture reduces poverty by 3 % to 20 % annually as form of self employment and revenue from readily available agricultural consumer markets .The value of rainfall can never be underestimated it also lowers food prices and water costs in the country ,it alleviates human strain and lack of water crisis’s .
There will be enough rainfall if the seer priest is honored and God is offered to in good time.
