I appreciate the Visa section with the work they go through in servicing us. My husband is studying in France with a Doctorate for 3 years which is a longtime. when do I qualify for the family- reunion visa so that i have a right to visit him. At least ounce in a while.
I am very pleased with the freedom that i have found in expressing my ideas here concerning the French embassy,it has taken me decades to realise this opportunity,my concern is that i have studied French for ten years now but then i tried to look for scholarship to enable me advance in French and i didn't get any,is there any way poossible for me to access the scholarship offered by the French embassy?i have a dream to spread French to as far as i can still speak the language especilly here in Northern Uganda.I will daerly appreciate your support.
