I have been advised to obtain a visa to Senegal from the French Embassy in Uganda. Unfortunately, No information is provided on your site in this regard to start on the process. I tried to make an appointment with the embassy of France-Uganda in kampala, and i made a mistake during the process, instead i made the appointment with the the French consulte - General in Washington on 6/10/2011 at 9:00am. Now am requesting you to help me because am trying tho counsel the appointment and make a new one with the France embassy in uganda.
