Human Rights
It is submitted that a fruad of about twenty crore (Rs: 20, 000, 00, 00/=) has been committed in five (05) Ismailia Co-operative Credit Societies, situated in the Area of Prince Aly Road Jamat Khana & Police Station Market, Hyderabad, Sindh running under the name of Prince Karim Aga Khan by a group of rich fruady fellows of Iamailia Khowaja Community, A famous Welfare Muslim Community of the world, in June, 2005.
By the fruad mentioned above, from 300 to 400 depositers, eighty percent people of Ismailia Community including Orphans, Widows, Old People , Special Persons & Retired Pensioners of Hyderabad city and surrounding villages have been effected worstly, because they have been depending only on mark-up, so received monthly OR quarterly .
Beside the societies Viz. (1) Aliabad Co-operative Credit Society. (2) Al-Rahim Co-operative Credit Society (3) Women Multipurpose Co-operative Credit Society. (4) Hyderabad Multipurpose Co-operative Credit Society, who have been depositing their respective amounts with (5) Mubarak Co-operative Credit Society, being a Principal Society, have seized due to said fruad .
All the poor depositers including a great number of non-Community depositers, are passing bad to worst time since about four years.
However, approaches to the different Ismailia Institutions have been moved from time to time for our reserves, but none of leaders have given any response to our sentimental emotions.
Now, the only way for us is to request in your kind honour to solve our problem for early return of Principle amount plus including Up- to- date mark- up.
