Dear Sir,
I believe you are Mr Jean-Noël Poirier the French Consulate in SaiGon Vietnam, recently you were online interview questions from readers of VnExpress on 14/01/2013, on the occasion of the two countries celebrate 40 years of diplomatic relations and organize "In France in Vietnam in 2013 ".
France is Europe's second largest investor in Vietnam and is one of the official development assistance (ODA) for Vietnam, and I would like you to raise the ongoing violations of human rights situation in Vietnam which recently UN human rights body has just expressed serious concerns about the conviction and jailing 14 people in Vinh, Nghe An, last week and a lot of people (Bloggers) being convicted and jailed late last year which I believe you heard all that news (information).
Recently Artiste Kim Chi, who has participated in many major films on the Vietnamese revolution, has refused to reward profile artistes of the Prime Minister saying that Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung "is doing the country poor and making the people suffer” and added that there are many cases where people get arrested and jailed, Actress Kim Chi said the prime minister has made her distrust.
On 11/01/2013 Sai Gon City government has just ordered the enhanced check on the city to make sure the general public can not have access to the latest product labels Asia based in USA.
I hope the above information will alert your Government to ask the Vietnamese Government to release all Bloggers, religious and political prisoners without any conditions.
Thanking you.
