How to get Visa i need to learn french

I am Ziyaul-Haq.22 years old.I want to learn French language. please help me to learn french language.i want to go there to continue studies please help me to go there.

I am very much interested in the field of Higher National Diploma and also my ambition is to become a Software Engineering after my studies how can i get visa for work in France.can i get job there. How can i apply.
