Dear,
I am a Chinese student in Belgium (with Belgian visa and residence card). Currrently, I need to do some experiments in Grenoble I university. Probably, the duration will be 2 or 6 months, I want to know If need to apply French visa? I have contacted the professor in Grenoble I university, he wish me to come in the beginning of June. So I want to consult If I can enter France firstly, then apply this in the local government (Foreigner's office) in France? Thanks very much! Looking forward your timely reply.
