Subject: Urgent Human Situation

I have been injured by a shot on 30/5/2011. The bad security situation in Syria and the requirements of treatment aren't available and because my healthy situation became extremely serious, so I was forced to enter the Turkish lands to receive the treatment in an illegal way on 8/6/2011 because I didn't have a passport . My injury happened with a shot during my trial to help injured civilians when the Syrian forces were trying to break into my city – Khan Sheikhoun in Idleb.

We had to transport the injured on foot within an areas which looks out of the snipers of the Syrian Army. While we were passing the dangerous area, a shotfire happened and I was injured in this area . My injury was in my back which has led to a break in my vertebras and my skeleton was damaged and two of my cutlets were broken, and this has led to a hemiplegia in my legs and I had undergone an operation in a hospital in Intakia to fasten my vertebras and put plates for my bones in the backbone and an incision in my breast to remove the splinters and stayed in the hospital for two months.

On 1/5/2012 , I entered Turkey again to complete my treatment and because my healthy situaton had become very bad and the medicines which I had to take weren't available and our lives were very difficult after our house had been destroyed and my family had become refugees in Turkey.

Now, I am in the Turkish lands – Rayhania – Hatay territory trying to receive the treatment but the problem is that the period of treatment is too long and needs much money and I can't afford for it.

I tried to contact with human organisations which looks after the Syrian refugees and their answers were always with apologising because of lack of fund especially the cost of my treatment is very expensive and they were unable to fund it.

Today, after passing three months of my injury my healthy situation is deteriorating day by day and I'm unable to continue my life in this case.
I'm full of faith that your government which respect the human rights and invite to spread peace in all over the world, so I beg you to help me to receive the treatment to practise my right of life within the means and methods that approve with the policies of your government.

Best thanks.
