My uncle came to Ghana without acquiring a residence permit first and i would like to know whether in this case does the requirement of a new applicant for a french visa apply to him or does he have to follow a different requirement.For example,at the section to select which type of visa to apply for,does he go for long stay visa or short stay visa.

Thier dossier for demande long sejour visas are at the consulate section.
Frederick has paid his visa fees and submitted his passport since 4 April 2016.Does not know when to come for his visa. Alberta and Laurenda Amoakohene has thier dossier at the consulate section they are yet to know when to submit thier passport for thier visas.
