I have a friend in Ghana he's French he went to the Embassy to help him come back to the United States because he ran out of money while he was over there and its own country Embassy would not help them this man is 74 years old and he's been sick since he's over there and he told them he will pay them back when you come back to the United States

My visa was refused because the member of state of my entry was not decided I need the accommodation letter I had form my Anty in France which the Netherlands/Vfs have taken it with them can I go for the accommodation letter because my Anty husband sad I have to send the documents to France embassy not Netherlands email me on my gmail williamsmanchi@gmail.com
