I am Charles Jean Rigaud from Haïti. I want to let you know that I have to attend a conference on sorghum in South Africa next April with Kansas University in USA. There is not a South Africa consulate in Haiti, I ask for your support to have the information to start the visa application.
I have sent a file that will be delivered tomorrow to the embassy by DHL Express, but without the visa fee. I could not pay the fee in Haiti because I had not a international check.
I would like to know how I can pay it. Can I pay it online or an other method?

The REPT wants to formulate a visa application for delegates who will take part has the assembly of CME (Worldwide campaign Education) has Johannesburg from February 22nd to March 01st. We want to know: 1) if we can send to you the documents scan? 2) if only one person can travel to recover the visas? 3) Does the expenses have to pay?

The haitian Parliament would like to know what is the request to have visa of South Africa for a delegation of Senators and Deputies of the Parliament to go to the funeral of President Nelson Mandela.
The members of the delegation have diplomatic passport. So we hope to have urgently the answer to know what about we can do.
