Dear Sir,
I, MOHAMED SHAMIM KHODADIN Passport No 0965903 Nationality Mauritian (MAURITIUS) NIC K2501734200881 traveled by Emirates Flight No EK 623 on 28 July 2009 from Lahore - Pakistan Via DUBAI to MAURITIUS.
I sent my excess baggage AIR CIRO. The staff of AIRCIRO in Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore Pakistan told me that in two days I will receive my baggage in Dubai on 31 July 2009, but when I reach Dubai, my baggage was not yet arrived in Dubai. It was frustrating but I had no option but to return to Mauritius as my flight was due. I am in my own country, Mauritius but I still have no information about my baggage. I understand that my baggage is in the responsibilities of AIR CIRO.
Now, it’s your own responsible to send me my baggage at your own manner so that I have my baggage. I therefore humbly request you to look into the matter so that I get possession of my baggage at the earliest possible in Mauritius.
I hope that you will take my letter in consideration.
