Gentlemen,
I am a french citizen and I intend to visit Kirgyszstan early August of this year, coming by land from Kazakhstan (Almaty) to Bichkek. I already have a kazakh visa.
As you do not have an embassy in Paris, it is too late now for me to apply for a kirgyz visa ; this is why I am thinking of applying for a kirgyz visa in your consulate when arriving in Almaty.
Could you please indicate whether this is possible and how long is needed ? Ideally, I would hope to have my visa on the same day of application
